What is “My Account” How do I update my information?

“My Account” allows you to manage/Edit your personal data like address, Phone Number, Emails Ids, Change your Pass word Track the Status of your orders,

Order confirmation?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received you will received an e-mail containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with invoice number. A listing of the Item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. A call will also be made to you regarding the confirmation of order.

It is necessary to have an account to shop at ShoeAtSight?

You can shop on ShoeAtSight by providing just your email Id.While it is not necessary to have an account t to shop for purchase items but it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own ShoeAtSight account you can enjoy personalized shopping experience. Own account includes recommendations, quicker checkout and public option about the product. You will also be able to rate and review the product

Gift-wrap?

Gift-wrap is chargeable at Rs 30 per order.

Cash on Delivery order cannot be gift wrapped.

We require to include the invoice for logistical, legal and octori/tax reasons.

Payments

ShoeAtSight offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of Payment, you can rest assured that ShoeAtSight’trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all time.

You may use internet banking, Gift Voucher, Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

ShoeAtSight also accepts payments made using visa, mastercard, and Maestro and American Express credit/Debit cards in India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can also opt for COD method. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at you doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for cash on delivery (COD) Payment is Rs 5500/-.It is strictly a cash-only payment. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian rupees accepted.

Credit/Debit Card?

We accept payment made by credit/Debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards

We accept payment made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout. You will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV Number (found on the backside of your card).After entering these details; you will redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Debit cards

We accept payment made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit Cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password issued by your bank to complete the payment.

Safety of credit/debit card.

 ShoeAtSight follows the hightest levels of transaction security currently available on the internet. ShoeAtSight uses 256-Bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment.

All credit card and debit card payments on ShoeAtSight are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

Cash On Delivery (COD).

All the Items available on Shoe at Sight are valid for “Cash on Delivery”.

When prompted to chose a payment option, select” Cash on Delivery option.

You will be required to make a cash only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery:

The maximum order value for COD is Rs 5500/-.

Cash Only Payment at time of delivery.

To Buy an e-Gift Voucher.

Enter the name and e-mail address of the person you want to send the e-gift voucher (e-GV).

Enter the value of the Voucher you would like to purchase then click” proceed to pay”. You can pay by Credit card/Debit Card/ATM Card/Net banking. You will receive an email with the e-GV details.

Purchase with an e-Gift Voucher?

Select the items you want to purchase.

When you are ready to pay go to payment option the same as our regular purchase. Select the “pay by e-gift Voucher” option.

If the amount of your E-Gift voucher doesn’t cover the entire order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.

To check Order status

To check the statuses of your order please go to “My Account”.

Click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all your order.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order before it reaches the shipment stage. To cancel, Please contact us with order Number.

Hidden Cost

No there is no hidden cost or charges when you make purchase on ShoeAtSight.

Estimated Delivery Time.

Estimated Delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days.

Out of Stock/Sold Out.

Currently the item is not available for sale.

Areas where we cannot ship.

Please go to the Pin Code box to see whether we serve your Pin code or not.

Serving means the availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

Need to Arrange Pickup for the item to be returned.

Contact us to initiate a return. Whole process will be explained.

Delivery Process

All Deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when we ship your order. You will be given a tracking number.

Security against Damage of goods.

Shoes sold by us are shipped in Shoe Box with waterproof plastic wrap.

Free Replacement

If you receive an item in a damage condition or it does not match the description provided by us, you may request a replacement or return at no extra cost to you.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us .If the product is out of stock; you will receive a full refund.

Free Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the footwear item shipped to you, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Please check the time frame within which you can return an item.

Contact us and provide order ID details. Customer will confirm the return request.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Please contact us with a replacement request within 10 days of delivery. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

Important Points when return not possible.

There are certain situations when return not possible.

Product is not in same condition .It is damaged because of use.

Product with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.

Refund

Refund is issued when we cannot provide replacement.

Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Once you requested the cancellation of item in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by e-mail.

If the order is in shipped stage we will cancel the order directly with our logistic partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from courier.
